*Sept 16 is Apple Fest at the mall lot next to us, with over 1000 patrons and 200+ classic car show. There is a parade and fireworks Saturday night.

I understand the event is outside, rain or shine

I understand I am responsible to bring my own tent, table, etc

I understand I can set up Friday evening between 6-8pm or Saturday morning 9 - 10:30am

I will do my best to park far offsite. If you have a classic car to display, let us know.

I am liable for the safety of patrons while inside my tent, and for all my belongings. TriXster, Oneida Grand Event Centre & Bistro Inc., Amanda Hanson, and Eric Major will not be held liable. I will have the necessary event or business insurance

I understand I will be invoiced and payment is due to reserve my space. (TriXster reserves the right to increase prices as the date nears, so pay now for best rates!)

One ticket to the vendor party included, do you need more? They are $30+HST
